Muriatic Acid 1 Gallon: Balance/Reduce pH and Total Alkalinity(TA)

Description:

Muriatic Acid or Hydrochloric Acid solution contains Hydrogen Chloride and is a strong acid solution.

Balancing pH and Total Alkalinity is quite a task (TA) when they get out of the recommended range of 7.2 - 7.8 for pH and 80 - 120ppm for Alkalinity.

Muriatic acid is the best chemical to lower pH and TA when they get off the range.

Muriatic Acid Dosage: 0.8 qts decrease Alkalinity by 10ppm in a 10,000-gallon pool.
